KIOTI Tractor has introduced Flow+ technology to its range of compact construction equipment, offering improved hydraulic performance for operators while avoiding the high costs and fuel inefficiencies of full high-flow systems.
The Flow+ technology marks a significant upgrade in hydraulic performance for compact construction equipment. Designed for models like the Compact Track Loaders (TL750) and Skid Steer Loaders (SL750), this system boosts hydraulic capabilities, offering operators the power needed for demanding tasks without the high costs and fuel consumption associated with full high-flow systems.
Justin Moe, product manager for compact construction, emphasizes that this innovation bridges the gap between standard and high-flow systems. “Flow+ provides the hydraulic strength necessary for tougher jobs, while also enhancing engine efficiency, fuel savings, and versatility,” he notes.
Tailored for light to medium-duty hydraulic attachments, the Flow+ system supports various tools such as rotary cutters, trenchers, and snow blowers, all while maintaining compatibility with standard-flow attachments for daily tasks. This flexibility increases the machine’s versatility for different jobs.
Flow+ optimizes performance and durability, delivering more power than standard flow systems while reducing heat and wear compared to high-flow alternatives. It also boosts productivity by enabling quick attachment changes and minimizing downtime. Additionally, its efficient hydraulic power management ensures fuel conservation, allowing for longer operational hours without wasting fuel.
With features like a five-port coupler block, dedicated Flow+ tube lines, a specialized valve, and an added gear pump, this system ensures smooth and reliable hydraulic operation. The Flow+ system enhances the ability to handle a broader range of applications while keeping compact loaders running efficiently and effectively.
