Introducing Mecbo’s CARTRACK P6 & P7: Engineered to Keep Concrete Flowing Anywhere
Mecbo’s CARTRACK P6 and P7 models combine high-performance electric or diesel-powered pumping units with a rugged crawler undercarriage, delivering enhanced mobility and agile movement across challenging jobsite terrain.
Mecbo America Introduces CARTRACK P6 and P7 Tracked Pumps to U.S. Market
Mecbo America, the U.S. branch of Blastcrete Equipment LLC, has introduced the CARTRACK P6 and P7 tracked concrete pumps to the North American construction sector. Designed for versatility and jobsite agility, these machines integrate robust electric or diesel power units with a crawler-style chassis, allowing them to navigate rough terrain with ease. The P6 is rated at 150 horsepower, while the P7 delivers 180 horsepower, offering concrete output between 104 and 144 cubic yards per hour. Their performance makes them well-suited for demanding tasks such as CFA piling, drilling operations, tunneling, and large-scale commercial builds.
Each model includes a user-friendly radio remote control with toggle switches—an intuitive solution that avoids the common problems of touchscreen controls when gloves are wet or covered in concrete.
“These aren’t the first crawler-mounted pumps available here, but what sets ours apart is Mecbo’s exclusive PULSAR system,” said Scott Knighton, co-CEO of Blastcrete. “It delivers more power and needs less upkeep.”
The patented PULSAR pump system uses an extended stroke to move higher volumes of concrete with less mechanical stress. This results in improved durability, minimal wear, and smoother performance. Notably, it also reduces pressure fluctuations, which is particularly beneficial when pumping over long distances.
“With over seven decades of experience in concrete delivery, our team focuses on delivering practical, reliable solutions that reduce maintenance and maximize uptime,” Knighton added. “Contractors don’t need gimmicks—they need durable, easy-to-use equipment that performs every day.”
All Mecbo America equipment is backed by trained service professionals and application experts through Blastcrete Equipment LLC. Common wear parts are stocked at the company’s facility in Anniston, Alabama, enabling rapid delivery across the Americas and helping minimize project delays. This strong aftermarket support, paired with the low-maintenance design of the PULSAR pump, ensures that downtime stays at a minimum.
The CARTRACK P6 and P7 are also built with maintenance convenience in mind. Dual access hatches make routine servicing straightforward. Optional add-ons include a water pump, air compressor, hopper vibrator for tough concrete mixes, and a full range of pipeline accessories to tailor the setup for specialized jobs.
Customers can also choose from multiple configurations. While the crawler undercarriage is standard, both models can be mounted on wheels or trucks. Noise-reduction enclosures are available for diesel versions, ideal for jobs in sound-sensitive environments. Safety enhancements include integrated walkways with non-slip steps, protective handrails, and onboard lighting.
