The Flow+ technology was introduced for compact construction equipment to improve hydraulic performance, offering operators enhanced capabilities without the high costs or fuel consumption associated with traditional high-flow systems.
The Flow+ system represents a significant improvement in hydraulic performance for compact construction machinery. Available in models like the Compact Track Loaders (TL750) and Skid Steer Loaders (SL750), Flow+ boosts hydraulic power for operators who require more force than standard flow systems provide, without the added costs or fuel consumption typical of full high-flow systems.
According to Justin Moe, product manager for compact construction, the goal is to offer solutions that optimize equipment performance. “Flow+ effectively fills the gap between standard and high-flow systems, providing the necessary hydraulic power for heavier tasks, while improving engine efficiency, reducing fuel consumption, and enhancing overall versatility,” Moe explains.
Tailored for light to medium-duty hydraulic tools, the Flow+ system allows operators to efficiently run attachments such as rotary cutters, trenchers, and snow blowers, while also supporting standard-flow attachments for everyday operations. This versatility enhances machine functionality across various tasks.
By offering more power than standard flow systems and reducing heat and wear compared to high-flow systems, Flow+ promotes performance and long-term reliability. It boosts productivity by enabling quicker attachment swaps, reducing job downtime, and optimizing hydraulic power management to conserve fuel and extend operational hours without unnecessary consumption.
Equipped with a five-port coupler block, dedicated Flow+ tubing and valve, and an enhanced gear pump, this system guarantees smooth hydraulic function. With Flow+, operators can tackle a broader array of job-site tasks while keeping their compact loaders running efficiently.
