Our Certified Sweeping Operator (CSO) programs cater to Parking Lot, Construction, and Municipal sweeping professionals. These in-depth training courses establish a crucial foundation for improving driver professionalism. Upon completing the CSO program, drivers undergo a verbal evaluation by their employer, who certifies that they have accumulated at least 1,000 hours of incident-free sweeper operation. Once verified, NAPSA awards them a certificate, hat pin, and uniform patch to celebrate their achievement.
Beyond the CSO programs, we provide the Certified Sweeping Manager (CSM) series, which explores the Power Sweeping Standard—offering managers essential knowledge that enhances operational efficiency and leadership skills. Additionally, we offer CSM 102 – Emergency Preparedness, a vital course focused on handling emergencies effectively, thereby minimizing legal risks. Graduates of this course receive a certificate of completion, making it a valuable asset for insurance documentation.
For individuals who do not operate power sweepers but need to understand key industry concepts, we offer Fleet Basics – Key Fundamentals. This course covers sweeping terminology, vehicle operation, and portering essentials, all for an affordable investment of just $20.
Both FB and CSO courses cover critical subjects, including health and safety practices, defensive driving, recordkeeping, customer trash can management, interpersonal skills, ethics, and more.
